Tips and Tools

Looking for ways to make your work life easier and learn something new? Here are some helpful tips. Learn about using Skype, your 2016 W-2 and 1095-C tax forms, and the GenKP business resource group.

Skype for Business for video conferences

Skype for Business lets you connect with your co-workers and business partners with IM, voice, or video calls and meetings, using 2 capabilities: Skype for Business Instant Messaging (IM) and Skype Meetings (online conferencing, voice and video chat).

KP is currently piloting Skype Meetings, which includes online conferencing and voice and video chat. Although WebEx is still available during the pilot, you are encouraged to transition your online meetings to Skype as soon as their hosting capabilities are enabled.

Not sure your address and preferred name will be correct on your 2016 tax forms? Sign on to My HR and update your personal information before January 10.
